‘Going LIVE’ represents the Process of how we engage and work with our clients.
The LIVE Design Group serves a diversity of clients that add value to their communities in various ways. We are here to listen, learn about, and leverage the vision of your organization while utilizing the experience, knowledge, and capabilities of our firm. Together we will design the tools that will help facilitate the mission of your organization. We do this through collaboration from our first conversation to the completion of each project.

From our first conversation to the day of completion, we will be there to help create built environments that provide the solutions you need to impact your church, company, or community.
We have found that client participation greatly enhances the design process. By listening to your needs and desires, we develop a balance between function, affordability and user experience. Throughout the creative process of developing a built environment that is fitting and functional for your unique organization, everyone is invited to a neutral playground with us as design dreams are explored. This time of Dialogue & Discovery includes a review of your vision, mission, and strategy – while providing a safe place to dream out loud.

Investigation & Investment
Return on Investment happens when there is diligence in the investigation.
Each client’s philosophy and physical requirements are used to establish design goals for the project. By exploring the design possibilities as a team we can better realize innovative design solutions that are within the budget necessary to make the dreams of each project a reality.
We will work with you to help achieve proper balance between the design concepts and the final construction cost. This phase allows us find a feasible balance between dreams and budget. We have developed healthy relationships with contractors and consultants that are essential to the full development of a project, and we truly value the collaboration of the whole team throughout the process. By bringing together key leaders and consultants early on and by allowing them to provide expert input throughout, this reduces much of the common back and forth found in the more traditional processes – saving time, money, and energy.

Context & Concept
The context and culture of each organization help guide the design of the physical environment.
Every design presents unique requirements and functional needs. By considering the culture of your organization and the context of your physical environment, we will employ and embrace various methods to help implement both the functional needs and user experience, while always being mindful of the technical and engineering aspects necessary to create a sustainable design.
Imagine the opportunity to watch the development of your project in real time with greater input and understanding, while experiencing total collaboration. Our Live Interactive Visual Experience or L.I.V.E. process is an interactive design workshop that cultivates the project as we design with you in the room. Your participation is essential to the concepts and designs. Together, we will develop a balance between function, feasibility, site requirements, and the ability to create a place that is user friendly and experiential for your guests.

Design & Delivery
Going LIVE is about delivering and implementing the elements of a great experience.
Throughout the project, our goal is to have a keen awareness of your needs, pay attention to the details that create the place you’ve imagined, and to always remain available to you and your team. We understand the importance of staying on schedule; and our team has a rich history of keeping projects in sync so that time and money are saved.
The L.I.V.E. process will provide visual elements to help communicate the look and feel, the elements and emotions, in a more tangible way. You’ll have the opportunity to view images and virtual simulations of actual colors, materials, and textures using multi-media and 3D modeling – you can imagine yourself in the room that you’ve helped design and have the opportunity and ability to make changes together with us in real time.
